= DE = Ab 10. August wird ein ca 16m2 großes, unmöbliertes Zimmer in einer sehr tollen WG frei. Es hat einen sehr schönen dunklen Parkettboden. Die Gemeinschaftsbereiche der Wohnung sind voll ausgestattet. Das schön designte Badezimmer hat eine Badewanne, Wandradiator und Bodenheizung. Die Küche ist zum Wohnbereich hin offen, was sich ideal eignet um sich auch beim Kochen gut mit anderen unterhalten zu können. In der Küche gibt es sowohl einen Backofen als auch einen Dampfgarer. Weiters ist die Küche mit allen Utensilien von der Kaffeemaschine, über Besteck und Geschirr bis zur - ganz wichtig - Spülmaschine ausgestattet. Der Wohnbereich bietet eine Große Couch und einen bequemen Loungesessel. Entertainment bieten ein nicht all zu großer Fernseher mit UPC TV, Apple TV und Netflix. Der Essbereich bietet mit einem Tisch für 6-10 Personen genügend Platz auch einmal Besuch in die Wohnung zu bringen. Zudem hat die Wohnung auch zwei Balkone. Die Wohnung teilst du dir mit Martin (PhD Student) und Simone (Consultant), beide aus Deutschland und sehr angenehme Mitbewohner mit einer guten Balance aus Geselligkeit und Ruhe. Verkehrstechnisch ist die Wohnung ideal platziert nur eine Gehminute vom Goldbrunnenplatz entfernt. Dort verkehren die Tramlinien 9 und 14, sowie die Buslinien 32, 67, 215, 235, 245, 350, N5. Ca 5 Gehminuten ist dann die Haltestelle Zwinglihaus wo man auf die Buslinie 72 kann. Die Miete beträgt 1350 CHF pro Monat und inkludiert bereits Nebenkosten als auch Internet, TV, Bilag, und alle zwei Wochen eine Putzfrau. Wir sind Martin (Biochemiker) und Simone (Consultant). The shared rooms of the apartment are completely furnished. The modern bathroom offers a bathtub, a towel radiator and floor heating. The kitchen is seamlessly connected to the living room, ideal to have conversations while cooking. It is equipped with modern utilities: Oven, steamer, dish washer, coffee machine, glasses, cutlery, pans and pots, etc. In the living room, there's a big sofa and a very comfortable lounge chair and the essential entertainment utensils: small TV with UPC TV and an Apple TV with Netflix. In the dining area, there's a table for 6-10 people. In addition, the apartment features also two balconies. The other two rooms are home to Martin (PhD student) and Simone (Consultant), both from Germany and very easy to live with. Both with a good balance of outgoing and calm. Located only a few steps from Goldbrunnenplatz, there is connection to Tram lines 9 and 14, as well as several bus lines (32, 67, 215, 235, 245, 350, N5).
