Hallo Zusammen,
da ich ab dem 1. Mai in eine eigene Wohnung ziehe, suche ich einen Nachmieter für unsere 3-er WG (2 Männer und bald du). Wir wohnen zentral und doch sehr ruhig im schönen Stadtteil Wiedikon, ganz in der Nähe der Schmiede. Die WG ist gut eingerichtet, hat ein grosses Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche und 2 schöne Balkone, die im Sommer bis spät abends die Sonne anzieht. Das freie Zimmer ist etwa 13 qm und hat einen eigenen Balkon. Ein grosser Pax-Schrank sollte übernommen werden, auf Wunsch steht auch ein Bettgestell zur Verfügung. Das Bad wird mit einem Mitbewohner geteilt, zusätzlich gibt es noch eine Toilette. In der WG geht es meist sehr ruhig zu, da alle unter der Woche viel unterwegs sind. Ansonsten ist alles unkompliziert, alles kann, nichts muss. Eine Putzfee kommt alle 2 Wochen. Die Kosten für das Zimmer liegen bei CHF 1360. Hast du Interesse?
