Hi, I am looking for someone cool, easy-going and permanent to move in on Dec 1st, in Zürichberg.
- 1 room in a 2 bedroom apartment, with a big living room, the room has already a wardrobe and a sofa/bed
- big flat of 100m2
- great relaxing location, 10 min max to ETHZ
- 12 min walking to HB
- 2 balconies, the big one with an amazing view on the lake
- Common parts of the apartment are fully furnished
- no smokers

The neighbourhood is quiet and the view on the city and the lake are great. Zürichberg is few minutes away to perfect for running ;-)
time needed for different spots:
- 5 minutes to tram and bus
- 12min to HB
- 30 min to airport with a direct bus
- 7 minutes to food shop
I am leaving alone in the new flat and this is why I am looking for 1 flatmate.
I already lived in more than 10 cities in my life and with more than 60 people from all over the world. I love sports and I am busy doing that in my free time ;-) I also travel a lot.
I am thus very easy going. Only requirement is that smokers are not allowed (sorry).
The pictures I posted are with old furnitures and thus I will only be able to post new pictures when I moved in the flat (mid november).
I won't be here from Nov 7 until 17th but a friend could show you the flat.
