I am quitting my wonderful flatmate and apartment (2 bedrooms, 1 leaving room) in aprikosenstrasse, because I just found a new job in Lausanne. So I am searching for a new person as soon as possible. (Short term is also ok)
The room, all furnished, is big (23 m2), with a big balcony where we can eat in the summer, with a view of a park.
The apartment is located 3 min from the tram 7 and 9, buses 61, and from all commodities (Migros, Coop, Denner, Post, Drug Store)
Oerlikon is at 10 min per bus, ETH at 20 min per tram and the center at 25 min per tram.
The rent includes all costs (electricity, wifi, etc).
In the apartment lives my flatmate, Camille, Swiss German male near 30-year-old. He is a wine waiter and works 5 days a week in the evening. He brings regularly some Wonderfull bottle to drink and share at home. He is very easy going, enjoy company, likes a clean apartment (but not too complicated on it also) and do not want someone who party at home.
