The offered room has a size of 12m² and is part of an apartment with a total size of 95m² (5th floor, elevator available), situated in Zurich-Seebach.
The rent includes everything except for internet and electricity. I reckon with ~CHF40 per month for both. Deposition is CHF 2250.
PS: The furniture ist that of the current tenant, I am moving in on August 1
Zur Busstation ist es 1min, der HB kann in ~15 min erreicht werden.
A bus station is about 1 minute away, a tram station 3-4 minutes. Oerlikon train station can be reached within 4 minutes by tram and the city center within 10-12 minutes (using tram and sbahn). Several shops, supermarkets and restaurants are within walking distance.
