With us a beautiful, large WG room is free in an approximately 130 m2 old apartment.
We are a woman and three men between 40 and 50 years old and are looking for a female roommate.
The room is generously cut, has high ceilings, lies to the sunny south side and is wonderfully bright through the large windows.
The apartment has a huge hallway, an approximately 18 m2 bathroom and an equally large fully equipped kitchen with a balcony – all for common use.
The house community currently consists of three other rental parties with whom we understand well. In the attic, an apartment has just become free.
The room is unfurnished, so the set-up on the photos is only a “servier suggestion” 😉 – but we would still have a few furniture in stock if desired.
Bei uns ist ein schönes, großes WG-Zimmer in einer ca. 130 m² großen Altbauwohnung frei.
Wir sind eine Frau und drei Männer zwischen 40 und 50 Jahren und suchen zum Ausgleich eine weibliche Mitbewohnerin.
Das Zimmer ist großzügig geschnitten, hat hohe Decken, liegt zur sonnigen Südseite und ist durch die großen Fenster wunderbar hell.
Die Wohnung verfügt über einen riesigen Flur, ein ca. 18 m² großes Bad und eine ebenso große, voll ausgestattete Wohnküche mit Balkon – alles zur gemeinsamen Nutzung.
Die Hausgemeinschaft besteht aktuell aus drei weiteren Mietparteien, mit denen wir uns gut verstehen. Im Dachgeschoss ist zudem gerade eine Wohnung frei geworden.
Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert, die Einrichtung auf den Fotos ist also nur ein „Serviervorschlag“ 😉 – wir hätten aber noch ein paar Möbel auf Lager, falls gewünscht.
Our WG is very central – in just about 7 minutes you are walking in the city centre. The nearest tram stop is just a 2-minute walk away and takes you in approx. 15 minutes directly to the campus Scheffelstraße.
In the immediate vicinity you will find the Schwanenteichpark – ideal for a short break in the countryside. The student club Tivoli is right around the corner, so perfect for spontaneous WG evenings.
A supermarket and a single-cap center (Penny, DM, Globus, TK Max, Obi, Denns, etc.) is also in approx. 7 minutes on foot – in the other direction, but just as practical.
Unsere WG liegt sehr zentral – in nur etwa 7 Minuten bist du zu Fuß in der Innenstadt. Die nächste Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt und bringt dich z. B. in ca. 15 Minuten direkt zum Campus Scheffelstraße.
In unmittelbarer Nähe findest du den Schwanenteichpark – ideal für eine kurze Auszeit im Grünen. Der Studentenclub Tivoli ist gleich um die Ecke, also perfekt für spontane WG-Abende.
Ein Supermarkt und ein Einkafszentrum (Penny, DM, Globus, TK Max, Obi, Denns, etc.) ist ebenfalls in ca. 7 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar – in die andere Richtung, aber genauso praktisch.
We are a rather quiet WG, in which each person creates his own everyday life. Once a week we meet in the kitchen in the evening, watch together a movie or cook something delicious. From time to time we grill in summer or celebrate together small occasions like our WG Christmas celebration. It is important to us that everyone feels comfortable without constant hustle and bustle – but with a good one.
Wir sind eine eher ruhige WG, in der jede*r seinen Alltag selbst gestaltet. Einmal in der Woche treffen wir uns abends gemütlich in der Küche, schauen zusammen einen Film oder kochen was Leckeres. Ab und zu grillen wir im Sommer oder feiern gemeinsam kleine Anlässe wie unsere WG-Weihnachtsfeier. Es ist uns wichtig, dass sich alle wohlfühlen, ohne ständigen Trubel – aber mit einem guten Miteinander.
The rooms are rented directly by the landlord. The rental price includes all additional costs such as electricity, gas and water – so no repayments will be paid to you.
Only for the Internet are around €5–7 per month, depending on the number of roommates.

Die Zimmer werden direkt vom Vermieter einzeln vermietet. Im Mietpreis sind alle Nebenkosten wie Strom, Gas und Wasser bereits enthalten – es kommen also keine Nachzahlungen auf dich zu.
Lediglich für das Internet fallen noch etwa 5–7 € im Monat an, je nach Anzahl der Mitbewohner*innen.
