Hello all,
I am a scientific employee at the RWTH Aachen University. I am from Canada and will be working here for the next 3 years. I have a 3-year contract with the university so I am looking for a long-term rent.
The following is what I am looking for in an apartment:
- NOT shared. I am looking for a flat just for myself.
- Close to the city center, preferably within the 'outer ring'.
- Separate kitchen from the bedroom
- Maximum monthly rent: 600 EURO
A few things about myself:
- single
- non-smoker
- no pets
- have stable income and can provide reference letter from work
