Ich bin eine zuverlässige Mieterin (Programmiererin im Öff. Dienst, 36 J., NR) und suche ab sofort eine ruhige, helle Wohnung in Augsburg o. Umgebung für ein längerfristiges Mietverhältnis für mich und meine Pflanzen.
Ab 2,5 Zi., Balkon, Tageslichtbad, um 950,- warm.
Ideal, aber kein Muss: Einbauküche, Nähe zu einem Bhf., Haustiere erlaubt.
