Request of a long-term apartment renting in Bad Homburg or nearby or Frankfurt

Hello! My name is Ivy Chan from Hong Kong. My fiancée, Yaroslav Kalle and I are interested in renting a long-term apartment. I am a Master student in Goethe University of Frankfurt am Main while my fiancée works in Goethe University as well. We are currently living in a short-term apartment in Ober Eschbach, while we would like to rent an apartment for long-term for around 1 – 2 years. 2. Apartment type: 1-room or 2-room apartment
3. **Rent: Less than 800 euro per month (including electricity and water)
4. We have 2 people, and we are engaged
5. Length of rent: at least 1 to 2 year
6. Starting date to rent: Mid December 2016
7. Furnished (need to have bed already)
