ich suche zum Start meiner Promotion an der Uni Bayreuth eine Bleibe. Stadtteile sind mir relativ egal, mir ist es wichtig eine saubere und gepflegte Wohnung mit einem Waschmaschinenanschluss zu beziehen :-)
Wie beschrieben wären 2-3 Zimmer optimal und ein Balkon ein plus! Einzugsdatum am liebsten ab dem 1. Mai und spätestens 1.Juni. Warmmiete max. 750€.
