Meine Wohnung steht für den oben genannten Zeitraum zur Untermiete zur Verfügung.
Die Wohnung ist ca. 60qm groß und komplett möbliert. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss, ist aber durch Hinterhauslage ruhig und hat kein Fenster zur Straße o. ä.
Die Wohnung ist ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Es gibt ein Wohnzimmer mit Couch und Esstisch, eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit kleinem Tisch und Waschmaschine, Badezimmer mit Dusche und ein Schlafzimmer. Auf Wunsch kann die Couch im Wohnzimmer zur Schlafcouch umgebaut werden.
Das Highlight der Wohnung ist der private Garten, der groß genug für Hängematte, Hollywoodschaukel und gemütliche Grillabende ist, was selbst an schönen Herbsttagen noch bezaubernd ist.

The flat is available for above mentioned period to rent over Christmas time.
The flat is about 60sqm big and provides a private garden. The living room is equipped with a couch that can be converted to a bed and a dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessities including a washing machine and the bathroom provides a shower. There is an extra sleeping room, as well.
The highlight of the appartment is the private garden that is very inviting to chill in the evenings or during nice spring days and having wonderful barbecues now and then, which even is great on magical autumn days.
Die Wohnung liegt nicht weit entfernt von der S+U Frankfurter Allee (Ringbahn, U-Bahn Linie U5, Tram und Busse), das Ringcenter mit allen möglichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Supermärkte (real, Kaisers, Lidl, Biocompany, Edeka und diverse Bäckereien in der Nähe), Cafés und Bars, zwei Rund-um-die-Uhr-Spätis ist alles fast direkt vor der Haustüre zu finden.
Der Volkspark Friedrichshain, Volkspark Lichtenberg, der Forckenbergplatz und der Treptower Park sind auch nicht sehr weit. Ins Stadt-Grüne könnt ihr also ganz leicht abhauen!
The flat is situated close to S+U Frankfurter Allee (Ringbahn, U5, tram, busses). Shopping, supermarkets (Kaisers, Lidl, real, Biocompany, Edeka), 24-hours-Spätis, bars and restaurants are all just around the corner. Several parks (Volkspark Friedrichshain, Volkspark Lichtenberg, Forckenbergplatz and Treptower Park) are not too far if you feel the need for some urban nature!
