Cat lovers only! Meine beiden Katzen bleiben für die Zeit in der Wohnung, ich suche also jemanden der Katzen und sich um sie kümmern mag und zuverlässig ist. Beide sind super lieb und pflegeleicht, sehr gechillt, schlafen und kuscheln viel.
Die Wohnung besteht aus einem großen Wohnzimmer mit Balkon, einem Schlafzimmer mit Hochbett, einer großen Küche und einem kleinen Bad.
Komplett möbliert und ausgestattet mit WLAN, Waschmaschine, Home-Office Desk mit Bildschirm, Tastatur usw... Handtücher und Bettwäsche auf Anfrage vorhanden.

I rent my very nice furnished old building apartment from 03.05. till 10.05. It has high ceilings, floorboards and lots of charm and is located in a very quiet street in Friedrichshain.
Cat lovers only! My two cats will stay in the apartment for the time, so I am looking for someone who likes cats and taking care of them and is reliable. Both are super sweet and easy to take care of, very chilled, sleep and cuddle a lot.
The apartment consists of a large living room with balcony, a bedroom with loft bed, a large kitchen and a small bathroom.
Fully furnished and equipped with wifi, washing machine, home office desk with screen, keyboard etc.... Towels and bed linen available on request.
Die Lage ist einfach perfekt. Sehr ruhige Straße und Umgebung und trotzdem nah an allem und super gut angebunden: M10 direkt an der Ecke (2 Minuten Fußweg), M5, M6 und M8 (5 Minuten zu Fuß), Ringbahn (7 Minuten), U5 (10 Minuten).
Alles was man braucht in direkter Nähe (Restaurants, Bars, Bäckerei, Apotheke, Späti...) sowie zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Kaufland, Kaisers, Edeka, Penny, Lidl, Netto, Rossmann, DM).
Den schönen Volkspark Friedrichshain erreicht man in einigen Minuten zu Fuß.

The location is just perfect. Very quiet street and surrundings, yet close to everything and super well connected: M10 on the corner (2 minutes walk), M5, M6 and M8 (5 minute walk), Ring Bahn (7 minutes), U5 (10 minutes).
Everything you need is very close (restaurants, bars, backery, pharmacy, späti...) as well as many supermarkets nearby (Kaufland, Kaisers, Edeka, Penny, Lidl, Netto, Rossmann, DM).
you reach the beautiful park Volkspark Friedrichshain in a few minutes walk.
