Die Wohnung befindet sich auf der 3. Etage eines ruhigen Hinterhofs, sanierter Altbaus ohne Aufzug, direkt am lebhaften Boxhagener Platz.
Tram M13 und Bus 240 quasi vor der Tür, M10, U1, U5, S Ostkreuz sowie S Warschauer Straße fußläufig zu erreichen.

750,- EUR all inkl. für die 3 Wochen, 1000,- EUR Kaution.

Die Wohnung ist 40 m² groß, hat 2 Zimmer, hohe Decken, Dielenboden im Wohn- und Schlafzimmer, gefliestes Bad mit Fußbodenheizung. HAUSTIERE UND PARTIES SIND NICHT ERLAUBT. KEINE ANMELDUNG.

Meine Wohnung ist sauber, daher freue ich mich, wenn die Person, die hier zur Zwischenmiete ist, eine ähnliche Haltung hat und mit all den Pflanzen, Instrumenten und Objekten so umgeht, als wären es die eigenen.

I sublet my lovely apartment in Berlin Friedrichshain for a period of 3 weeks, 21.04.24 - 12.05.24 to a single person.

The flat is located on the 3rd floor of a quiet backyard, renovated old building without lift, very close to Boxhagener Platz.
Tram M13 and bus 240 virtually in front of the door, M10, U1, U5, S Ostkreuz and S Warschauer Straße within walking distance.

750.- EUR all incl. for the 3 weeks, 1000.- EUR deposit.

The appartment is 40 m², 2 rooms, high ceilings, wooden floorboards in the living room and bedroom, tiled bathroom with underfloor heating. PETS AND PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED. NO ANMELDUNG possible unfortunately.
