Ich bin mit dem Datum und ggf Anpassung der Miete fleixbel.

Ich vermiete meine schöne, sonnige 65qm 2,5-Zimmer-Wohnung mit zusätzlichen 4qm Balkon für 17 Tage (ab 27.3.26), da ich in den Urlaub fahre. Die Wohnung liegt zu Fuß 2 Minuten vom Maybachufer entfernt mitten im schönen, trendigen Reuterkiez in Neukölln & 5 Minuten von der Ubahnstation Schönleinstr. Sie ist im 4. Stock und ab mittags scheint die Sonne den ganzen Tag in alle Zimmer und auf den Balkon. Die Wohnung ist 2020 grundsaniert worden und hat eine kleine gemütliche Wohnküche.
Es gibt ein großes Schlafzimmer mit Schreibtisch und ein noch größeres Wohnzimmer mit Couch, Esstisch und Balkon.
Trotz der trendigen Lage mit Cafes und Bars, ist es sehr ruhig da moderne Fenster.
Heizung, WLAN ,Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, Tiefkühler und alles was sonst das Herz begehrt, sind vorhanden.

Außerdem würde ich mich freuen wenn meine (Balkon)Pflanzen regelmässig gegossen werden.

Ich freu mich über eine_n liebe_n, unkomplizierte_n zuverlässige_n Untermieter_in, die/den ich vorher über videocall oder direkt in der
Wohnung, falls man schon in Berlin ist, kennenlernen kann.

Die Miete inklusive allem (WLAN, Strom, GeZ) beträgt 550€. Ich würde zudem gerne 200€ Kaution nehmen.

I am renting out my beautiful, sunny 65 sqm 2,5 room apartment with an additional 4 sqm balcony for 17 days (from 27.3.), as I will be on vacation. The apartment is just a 2-minute walk from Maybachufer in the heart of vibrant Reuterkiez in Neukölln and 5 minutes from Schönleinstr. subway station. It is located on the 4th floor, and from midday onward, the sun shines into all the rooms and onto the balcony. The apartment was fully renovated in 2020 and features, a small, cozy kitchen-living area.
For that reason and despite the trendy bar area it is in, it has modern windows and is quite.

There is a large bedroom with a desk and an even larger living room with a couch, dining table, and access to the balcony.
The apartment comes with s heater, Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a fridge, a freezer, and everything else you might need.

Additionally, I’d appreciate it if someone could water my (balcony) plants a few times while I’m away.

I’m looking for a kind, uncomplicated, and reliable subtenant, who I’d like to get to know beforehand via Zoom or in person at the apartment, if you’re already in Berlin.
Its also possible that two people
Live together and sleep in sperate rooms as i have a guest matress.

The rent, including everything (Wi-Fi, electricity, GEZ fees), is 550€. I’d also like to take a 200€ deposit.
