Wohnung Eberswalderstr. 40 m2, Untermiete bis ende April

I'm renting out my apartment, where I currently reside as a subtenant. Starting this month, I'll be moving into my own place, and my sublease agreement runs until the end of April. This means that the apartment is ONLY AVAILABLE UNTIL THE END OF APRIL. Anything beyond that won't have any connection to me.

Now, about the apartment: The rent is currently 800 Euros for 40 m². I've already removed most of my personal belongings from the apartment. What remains are a couch, a table, a washing machine, a small mattress, and my kitchen appliances (blender, coffee maker, juicer) – essentially everything you see in the pictures of the furniture and appliances. If you have a larger mattress, feel free to bring it along – I had this one leftover. (The cover over it is just to keep it clean - it can be removed.)

The bathroom has a bathtub, which is currently filled with boxes. I'd be happy to send you a picture of it privately.

The apartment is very bright and is located in the backyard. It's situated close to the Kulturbrauerei, Schönhauser Allee, and directly at the Eberswalder Straße U-Bahn station (U2), as well as tram lines M10, M1, and M12.

Hallo zusammen,

ich vermiete meine Wohnung, in der ich selbst nur als Untermieterin wohne. Ab diesem Monat habe ich meine eigene Wohnung, und meine Untermietvereinbarung läuft noch bis Ende April. Das bedeutet, dass die Wohnung NUR BIS ENDE APRIL verfügbar ist. Alles danach hat nichts mehr mit mir zutun.

Nun zur Wohnung: Die Miete beträgt derzeit 800 Euro für 40 m². Ich habe bereits die meisten meiner persönlichen Gegenstände aus der Wohnung entfernt. Es verbleiben eine Couch, ein Tisch, eine Waschmaschine, eine kleine Matratze und meine Küchengeräte (Mixer, Kaffeemaschine, Entsafter) – im Grunde genommen alles, was ihr auf den Bildern an Möbeln und Geräten seht.
Falls ihr eine größere Matratze habt, bringt sie gerne mit- ich hab die einfach noch übrig gehabt. (das dadrüber ist ein. Überzug damit sie nicht dreckig wird - der kann ab)

Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Badewanne, die derzeit noch mit Kisten gefüllt ist. Gerne schicke ich euch privat ein Bild davon.

Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und befindet sich im Hinterhof. Sie liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Kulturbrauerei, der Schönhauser Allee und direkt an der U-Bahn-Station Eberswalder Straße (U2) sowie den Tramlinien M10, M1 und M12.
