Die Wohnung ist super gemütlich, mit hohen, stuckverzierten Decken und Holzdielen inkl. Balkon.

Die Wohnung liegt in einem schönen Altbau mitten im Zentrum des Prenzlauer Bergs, nahe Helmholzplatz, mit diversen Bars, Cafes , vielen Restaurants und vielen Läden und Märkten. Die Infrastruktur ist bestens. Die Tram M2 (4 Stationen zum Alexanderplatz) fährt genau vor der Tür, die S bahn (Ringbahn) ist nicht weit und der Alexanderplatz nur ca. 500 m entfernt. Des Weiteren erreicht man mit der M10 auf schnellem Wege die Warschauer Straße und den Hauptbahnhof. Car Sharing ist in der Gegend verbreitet.
The apartment is in a beautiful old building in the center of Prenzlauer Berg, near Helmholzplatz, with various bars, cafes, many restaurants and many shops and markets. The infrastructure is excellent. The M2 tram (4 stops to Alexanderplatz) runs right in front of the door, the S bahn (Ringbahn) is not far and Alexanderplatz is only approx. 500 m away. Furthermore, you can quickly reach the Warschauer Straße and the main train station with the M10. Car sharing is common in the area.
