Ich vermiete meine wunderschöne und neuwertig Eingerichtete Wohnung im Herzen Pbergs. Die Wohnung liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe der U-Bahn Eberswalder Straße und ist umgeben von unzähligen Restaurants, Bars und Ausgehmöglichkeiten- wegen der Ausrichtung aller Räume zum Innenhof dennoch absolut ruhig. Da ich selbst erst vor einem Jahr eingezogen bin, ist die Einrichtung neuwertig. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne (Fön, Bügelbrett und Eisen etc.), eine hochwertige, voll ausgestattete Wohnküche (für Kochabende perfekt!) mit integrierter Waschmaschine und einem Schlafzimmer mit 1,40 m Boxspringbett, offenem Kleiderschrank, Sofa und Smart HD TV. Das schnelle WLAN und die Sitzgelegenheiten in der Küche laden zum Arbeiten im home office ein. Alle Räume haben sehr große Fenster, sodass eine hohe Belichtung gegeben ist.
Der Wohlfühlfaktor ist enorm ist und du wirst eine großartige Zeit haben :)

I rent my beautiful and new furnished apartment in the heart of Pberg. The apartment is in the immediate vicinity of the Eberswalder Straße subway and is surrounded by countless restaurants, bars and places to go out - yet it is absolutely quiet due to its orientation towards the backyard. Since I only moved in a year ago, the furniture is new. The apartment has a bathroom with a bathtub (hair dryer, ironing board and iron, etc.), a high-quality, fully equipped kitchen (perfect for cooking evenings!) with an integrated washing machine and a bedroom with a 1.40 m box spring bed, open wardrobe, sofa and Smart HD tv. The fast WiFi and the seating in the kitchen invite you to work in the home office. All rooms have very large windows, so there is plenty of light.
The feel good factor is huge and you will have a great time :)
