Hi! I have one extra room for short-term 6 month and long term as well to rent in three room apartment (2 bedrooms, 1 living room, kitchen, bathroom). The bedroom is available starting 1st of May. Rent is 650 euro for the full month warm.
Few notes: Smoking in the apartment is not allowed, pets are not allowed (unfortunate health reason so I hope you understand).
Ok. So now you probably are curious more about the apartment. It is completely renovated this year, so it is super nice, fresh and clean. The bedroom is fully furnished (bed, nightstands, commode, cloth rack, chair). Kitchen is also new and has all the kitchen stuff (electric stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave and even a stand mixer if you are into baking). The apartment is centrally located in a beautiful Wilmersdorf just 2 minutes walk from U3 and 10 minutes walk to U9.
I respect privacy of others, so if you are not into sharing everything and gossiping all night long it is fine with me. If you want to join me with dinner cooking/baking great!
