2 rooms + balcony, pleaseeee? :)

wie so viele andere, suche ich das scheinbar Unmögliche: eine Wohnung für mich allein in Berlin.

Nach 6 Jahren in Kreuzberg in einer 5er-WG inkl. Home Office bin ich mehr als bereit für eine neue Aussicht. Dabei habe ich keinen festen Auszugstermin. Da ich in Braunschweig beim Metrologieinstitut arbeite (TVöD13), nehme ich regelmäßig die Bahn nach Braunschweig und bin oft auf Dienstreisen im Ausland. Deswegen ist eine gute Anbindung sowie eine ruhige Lage einer Wohnung ab 2 Zimmer wichtig für mich. Ein Balkon ist in der Großstadt natürlich immer wünschenswert. Mein Budget beträgt dabei bis zu 850EUR.

Falls jemand solch eine Wohnung vermieten möchte, würde ich mich sehr freuen, kontaktiert zu werden!

like so many others, I am looking for the seemingly impossible: an apartment for myself in Berlin.

After 6 years in Kreuzberg in a 5-person shared apartment including home office, I am more than ready for a new outlook. At the same time, I don't have a fixed move-out date. Since I work in Braunschweig at the Metrology Institute (TVöD13), I regularly take the train to Braunschweig and am often on business trips abroad. Therefore, a good connection as well as a quiet location of an apartment from 2 rooms is important for me. A balcony is of course always desirable in the big city. My budget is up to 850EUR.
