Hallo an alle,
Anatolij ist mein Vorname, und ich suche eine kleine Wohnung in Berlin, in Hbf-Nähe.
Ich bin Filmfan und jogge gerne. Für Museenbesuche werde ich den Berlin-Aufenthalt sicherlich auch nutzen. In Köln gehe ich gerne zu internationalen Zusammenkünften oder nehme an Pubquizzes teil. Weder rauche ich, noch habe ich Haustiere.

Für meinen neuen und unbefristeten Job seit Oktober in einem Ministerium suche ich eine kleine Wohnung oder auch WG-Zimmer ca. von Mitte Dezember bis Ende März 2024. Eine gute ÖPNV-Anbindung zum Hauptbahnhof wäre super (bis zu 30 min). Ich plane, zum Großteil der Arbeitswoche im Büro vor Ort zu arbeiten. Und um das Wochenende herum wäre ich in Köln.
Alle notwendigen Dokumente kann ich vorlegen. Gleiches gilt auch für einen positiven Bonitäts-Check.

Eine Besichtigung ist unter der Woche spontan möglich.

Anatolij is my name and I am looking for a small flat or a room in a shared flat.
I like movies, I drink Kölsch and I am a jogger. Surely I will visit some museums in Berlin. In Cologne I participate on international gatherings and pub quizzes. Neither do I smoke nor have I pets.

I have found a new job in a ministry and started with it already in October. I need a small flat or a room to sleep in for work in the office during the time space between mid december and end of march 2024. A public transport connection of 30 minutes to the main station would be great. For at least three working days I will be in Berlin and in Cologne I am going to stay for the rest of the time.

We can have a meeting on-site quite spontaneously in the working days.
All necessary documents are available.
