Achja und bitte kein Scam, like WTF ist los hier in Berlin??!! Bitte KEINE befristete Wohnung für 17 Tage oder mit "check in and checkout date", bitte keine Wohnung die heute reingestellt wird und dann für den Einzug AB SOFORT, keine 6.500,-€ "Provision", bitte keine 10Jahre alte Matratze auf dem Boden, Gartenstuhl und Backpapier über die Glühbirne als "möbliert" bezeichnen, bitte nicht "OHNE Anmeldung", weil man als langjähriger Hauptmieter den dreifachen Preis möchte und keine Erlaubnis zur Untermiete beim Vermieter eingeholt hat, bitte keine "Probezeit mit Möglichkeit zur Verlängerung", keine 6er WG Zimmer für 850,-€ pro Person, keine 30,-€/qm Kaltmiete, kein "der zahlungsfähige Ingenieur zahlt 70% meiner Miete ab", kein "ich bin der WG Sklave und tu dir gutes", kein 2Zimmer, aber eigentlich eine Wohnküche, und und und.

Habe schon aufgegeben eine schöne ruhige renovierte Altbauwohnung mit Balkon und Aufzug in Top Lage zu finden. Suche "einfach nur" eine unbefristete taugliche und nicht überteuerte Scam Wohnung mit okayer Lage für die Arbeit, bei dem keine Obdachlosen in den Hausflur koten.

Oh and please no scam, like WTF is going on here in Berlin?!!! Please NO temporary apartment for 17 days or with "check in and checkout date", please no apartment that is put in today and then for moving in IMMEDIATELY, no 6.500,-€ "commission", please no 10 year old mattress on the floor, garden chair and baking paper over the light bulb as "furnished", please no "WITHOUT registration", because as a longtime main tenant you want three times the price and have not obtained permission to sublet from the landlord, please no "trial period with possibility of extension", no 6-room shared flat for €850 per person, no €30/sqm cold rent, no "the solvent engineer pays 70% of my rent", no "I am the shared flat slave and do you good", no two rooms, but actually a kitchen/living room, and so on and so forth.
