Ich habe alle Unterlagen! - Ich bin auf der Suche nach einer langfristigen Wohnung!

Nachdem ich zwei Jahre in einer WG in Berlin verbracht habe, ist es an der Zeit, mir eine eigene Wohnung zu suchen! Hier ist ein bisschen was über mich: Ich bin eine 29-jährige (sie/er) mit einem Hintergrund in Psychologie und Kommunikation. Zurzeit arbeite ich in einer technischen Beratungsagentur (Vollzeit) und bin außerdem Pilates-Instruktorin. Ab September dieses Jahres werde ich ein berufsbegleitendes Master-Studium in Gestaltpsychotherapie beginnen. Ich halte mich für respektvoll und fürsorglich und hatte noch nie Probleme mit Vermietern und Mietern.

Als Bonus würde ich gerne privaten Pilates-Unterricht anbieten, wenn Sie mir helfen, ein gemütliches Zuhause zu finden!

Ich habe ein festes Einkommen und alle notwendigen Dokumente, einschließlich einer sehr positiven Schufa (request now) , Gehaltsabrechnungen und einen Arbeitsvertrag.

After spending two years in a WG in Berlin, it's time to find my own place! Here's a bit about me: I'm a 29-year-old (she/her) with a background in Psychology and Communications. Currently, I work at a tech consultancy agency (full-time) and I'm also a Pilates Instuctor. Starting this September, I'll be starting a part-time master's program in Gestalt Psychotherapy. I consider myself respectful and caring, and I've never had issues with landlords and tenants.

As a bonus, I'd love to offer private Pilates classes in exchange for helping me find a cozy home!

I have a steady income and all the necessary documents, including a very positive Schufa (request now) , payslips, and an employment contract.
