Hi,
My name is Josienne and I am a Canadian living in Berlin and have been here since July 2023. I am currently looking for a long term apartment for move in date of August 1 but may be flexible to move in July if needed.
I am looking for my own one room or two room apartment that can be furnished or unfurnished but ideally at least has a kitchen. I would like to pay max €900 warm.
I am clean and quiet (I do not throw parties) and a super respectful tenant and neighbour. I am planning to live in Berlin long term so am looking for long term accommodation. I already have a full time job at a corporate company so can easily pay for my rent and deposit.
Please let me know if you have anything available and are looking for a good tenant :)
