I am a musician and need a room or flat to rehearse during the night.
kreuzburg-neukoln area.
mostly accoustic guitar. no loud amps etc.
would pay monthly. I am also a web developer and can offer
website design - development and maintenance a part or exchange for rent.
I can alo take a flat on providing it is suitable for long term rent
