Ich suche eine schöne und helle Wohnung mit Badewanne. Mir ist wichtig, dass die Wohnung Dielen oder Parkett hat. Laminat geht für mich nicht. Ebensowenig wäre eine Erdgeschosswohnung für mich nicht akzeptabel. Je höher, desto besser. Küche wäre schön aber nicht erforderlich. Wichtig ist, dass mindestens ein Raum ruhig ist. Abstand würde ich, falls erforderlich, zahlen.
