Hello!
We are couple that moved to Berlin a couple days ago, and we are searching for a permanent flat (at least 6 months). We have a stable income, we are non-smokers and we don't own any pets. We are somewhat quiet and we love to eat and to meet people from allover the world (that's the reasons that made us leave sunny Lisbon and move here!). André is a programmer and I'm a psychologist.
We are searching for a house in a quiet area, preferable surrounded by little coffeshops and local comercial, but not too far away from the city buzz. We own a car, so if the street/area has free parking, that is ideal.
We are very easy-going sun-lovers (i know!) people. If you have any questions just ask!
