I'm looking to rent a flat in Prenzlauer Berg or Mitte (north of the river).
* Size: 50 to 100 m2
* Requirements: fitted kitchen
* Nice to have: washing machine and furniture.
* Max price: roughly 1000 euros per month
* Things I don't care about: elevator, parking space
* Move-in: beginning of august / end of July
* Time period: indefinite
I've recently moved to Berlin to work for a tech company. I don't smoke, I don't have any pets and I don't blast heavy metal on loudspeakers.
