Hi,
I am definitely moving to Berlin in a couple of weeks for working and am looking for a studio or two-room apartment just for myself in Prenzlauer Berg - Reinickendorf - Wedding - Charlottenburg. Maximum budget is 750/800 (including utilities) but I need to be no more than 25/30min away from Friedrischstr. / Brandenburger Tor stations. High floors are much appreciated. I am available to visit the flat since mid-November. I have never had problems with any landlord neither in Italy nor abroad.
