Non-smoker vegan couple looking for a new home :)

Hello dear Vermieter!

We are a Brazilian/Italian couple and have been living in Berlin for about one year. We need a 2 or 3 bedrooms apartment with a medium to long-term rental - preferably a contract for 6 to 12 months, which we can use to register both of us at the Bürgeramt. A place around the Ringbahn is preferable but we are flexible about the location.

We both work as freelancers in long term projects for over two years. Always keeping everything clean and organized, as well as, of course, paying the rent timely, we left all of the previous places we lived in good terms with the landlords - Mietschuldenfreiheitsbescheinigung from the last rents in Berlin available.

We are both non-smokers, vegans who like to cook and go out for a walk. We don't have kids nor plan to adopt any pets. Also, we are not a party couple. Watching Netflix with some popcorn have much more to do with us :)
