I'm a 35-year old Brit who has recently moved to Berlin. I work at an investment fund near Rosenthaler Platz.
I live alone and am looking for a 2-room flat in a very quiet, residential area - garden/courtyard/platz preferred, situated on a lower floor (1st or 2nd). I have a very quiet and clean lifestyle myself - I don't party or smoke, and my job is stable so I will be a very responsible and reliable tenant.
I am currently in a sublet in Prenzlauer Berg until 21/08/18, so would like to confirm a new place ASAP.
