Central heating + plastic windows = a must.
Very important: QUIET. No noise from the street, no noise from neighbors, no squeaky floors.
Kaltmiete = max 800.
Very very preferable = Keller (basement).
I am an IT professional relocating to Berlin.
Can provide job contract (5000+ gross), Schufa (request now) .
