My fiance Zoma and I are subletting our apartment in Schoeneberg. It's conveniently located on Potsdamerstrase, has three rooms, lots of light, and very high ceilings. It is located on the second floor.
I am interested to find a long-term subletter for the apartment who will take good care of it. The length of the contract is flexible and negotiable, but a deposit is required.
