Hi there,
I am looking to contract swap for another flat. Mine is an 83sqm on Mainzerstr 10247. It has three rooms, two big and one smaller. A very modern bathroom and was recently renovated. I am looking for a similar situation but perhaps smaller to swap for a place that includes a balcony as mine does not.
