Ich (34J., arbeite im Marketing) suche ab sofort oder ab Oktober eine schöne Single-Wohnung in einem zentralen Viertel in Berlin, bevorzugt mit Balkon und EBK, aber kein Muss! Ideal wären Moabit, Wilmersdorf, Schöneberg, Mitte oder Charlottenburg, aber Kreuzberg, Neukölln gehen natürlich auch. :)
