My name is Lauren, I am 35 and from the United States looking for a flat in Berlin. I have been in Berlin for a few months and have a place to stay if needed until February or March.
Looking for:
- Minimum 2 room flat (1 bedroom)
- Outdoor space, such as a balcony
- Pet-friendly, one good dog is joining me in January
I have a signed work contract, positive Schufa (request now) , bank statements to show I have plenty of money, and my monthly net income will be around 3.250€.
