Hello! We recently relocated to Berlin and had a flat lined up from 1 May - but because of COVID-19 the current tenants are not leaving... So we are looking for flat to rent long-term (1-2 years or unlimited) from 1 May (or earlier). Max budget is 1000. Furnished or unfurnished doesn't matter - but we would prefer if all major appliances like fridge, stove, etc. are in the flat. We are ideally seeking a 2-3 room flat with a balcony on a high floor.
We are a gay couple 33 and 28 years old from Seattle and Poland. One of us is a humanitarian worker supporting international programs for refugees, and the other is an art conservationist/restorer.
We are friendly and respectful, and take very good care of living arrangements. We're both a very tidy and always clean up after ourselves. We enjoy travel, hiking, cooking, cinemas and live music. We are both employed.
