Long term 2+ room flat for a couple

Me and my boyfriend Tuan are looking for a lovely 2,5 room flat. We are both working full time in a technology companies. I'm an industrial designer work under development of the lightning systems in the infrastructure. Tuan works in Bayer AG as a data scientist (at the same time he is Phd student in Freie Universität Berlin). We are both rather quiet people who are looking for the place which we can call home. I have a passion for interior design and plants. Therefore can offer many innovative solutions to improve the visual aspects of your flat! :)

We are very flexible with the move in date (any time between June 1st and July 1st) and the neighbourhood (preferably it would be Wedding ( our beloved Sprengelkiez) or Prenzlauer Berg. Ideally, we are looking for an apartment up to 1000€/month Warmmiete. We are only interested long-term contracts.
