Hello,
My name is Roman. My wife Elena and I recently moved to Berlin for work (I work as a programmer at commercetools GmBH) and now are looking for a temporary apartment (whether fully furnished or at least with the kitchen and bathroom). We would like to rent an apartment from 01.10.2020 to 01.12.2020 or further. Also we would need a Landlord's confirmation of residence (Wohnungsgeberbestätigung). Wi-Fi Internet connection is also necessary.
My monthly net salary is 3300 euro. Currently we have no SCHUFA (request now) available.
We are a quite, polite and
neat couple without kids and pets, not smoking. I speak English good and German on the middle level, my wife speaks English on the middle level and German on the beginner level.
It would be nice to have possibility to get to my office (Kreuzebrg, Ritterstraße, 25) from the apartment within 30 minutes by public transport or on foot.
