My name is Gosia Wojcik and I'm very interested in a long-term renting of your listed apartment. I work as a Software Engineer for a data analytics IT company located in Berlin. I'm a 27-year-old woman, a non-smoker and I would be living in the apartment alone with my one cat.
Recently, I've moved to Berlin and I'm looking for a new apartment that would be closer to my place of work.
Ideally, I would like to rent from May, but I am flexible with the moving date.
