Suche wohnung für eine person / searching for a flat for one person

Hi everyone,

I'm Dominika, 32 years old, single, and I've just moved to Berlin from Warsaw to work for an international corporation as a Digital Marketing Manager. I have a good, steady income and an EU citizenship. I also don't party and don't smoke and can take care of plants ;) In my free time I like to go for one day trips, meeting with friends, yoga, painting, DIY projects and baking cakes.

Unfortunately I don't speak German, but if necessary I have the possibility to translate all kinds of documents or bring a translator with me to the viewing.

I have a dog, a mini poodle. He's small, very friendly to all people, kids and other dogs. He doesn't shed, so there will be no hair all over the apartment or allergy issues. Moreover he doesn't destroy things around the house. He doesn't stay at home all day alone, because I can take him to the office with me. I attach a photo of him to soften you heart.

I'm searching for an apartment:
- with at least EBK (fitted kitchen)
- for at least 4 months (the longer the better)
- not far from the city center (up to 35 minutes by public transport)
- up to 3rd floor or with an elevator
- the minimum size is 35 m2
- the maximum total rent is 1500 if the apartment is furnished

I'm flexible about moving dates and number of rooms. I prefer neighbourhoods with parks and cafes to the ones in strict city center. I'll consider any offer.

If you would like to rent or sublet an apartment to me and my cute dog, please just write me a message. I'm very flexible about viewing dates and I have necessary document available (ID, work contract, Schufa (request now) ).
