Hi everyone, I am working as a Research Analyst and I am looking for a studio or a 1 room apartment that's possible for anmeldung. I am looking to move in latest by July 1st. My budget is a max of 700 Euros. I am flexible with the location as long as it can reach the "Kotti“ within 30 mins.
Something about myself, I come from Malaysia and currently working in the ESG industry. I like to cook, play guitar, and enjoy wine with friends. I also like to keep things clean and organized. I always pay rent on time and take good care of the apartment. I am able to show my job contract, bank statement, SCHUFA (request now) , and others documents as needed.
