Eine katze und zwei freunde aus der Ukraine suchen eine wohnung

Hallo!
A cat and two friends from Ukraine are looking for an apartment on a long term as we were forced to leave our home in Ukraine.
We are looking for a two-room apartment in Berlin, for 12 months or longer. Preferably near to Friedrichshain or Kreuzberg.
1000-1200 EUR (warm) + deposit.

Diana 24 and Arkhip 18yo.
We are responsible and solvent young people. I work as a Recruiter for an IT company, with enough income and I can make documents about recent salaries. Arkhip is a student of psychology.
We're calm, don't like big parties. I like to keep a home clean and enjoy having plants. In my free time I'm making clothes (already bought a sewing machine here in Berlin). Also i have a YouTube channel about sewing.

The cat is a very tidy and well-mannered young lady. She is spayed and wouldn't damage any furniture, though, we will take full financial responsibility in case such thing happens.

We can also provide recommendations from our current host in Berlin.
