Seit einem Jahr lebe ich Berlin, da es schnell gehen musste bin ich erst einmal in eine WG gezogen, jetzt möchte ich aber gerne wieder allein in eine Wohnung ziehen.

Ich bin Angestellte im öffentlichen Dienst (Senatsverwaltung). Da sich mein Arbeitsplatz in Mitte befindet, ist es mir wichtig innerhalb des Rings zu blieben.
In meiner letzten Wohnung, vor meinem Umzug nach Berlin, habe ich 4 Jahre gelebt und hatte ein sehr positives Verhältnis zu meiner Vermieterin. Entsprechend würde ich mich sehr freuen das in Berlin fortsetzen zu können und suche darum auch ein langfristiges Mietverhältnis.
Wichtig ist mir ein ruhiges Umfeld, ein Balkon und eine Spülmaschine wäre der Traum :)
Haustiere habe ich keine und ich rauche nicht.

I've been living in Berlin for a year, because I had to move quickly, I first moved into a shared apartment, but now I'd like to move into an apartment on my own again.

I am employed in public service (senate ) and since my workplace is in Mitte, it's important to me to stay within the Ring.Before I moved to Berlin I lived in an appartment for 4 years and had a very positive relationship with my landlady. Accordingly, I would be very happy to be able to continue this in Berlin and am therefore also looking for a long-term lease. A quiet environment is important to me, a balcony and a dishwasher would be the dream :)
I dont't have any pets and I don't smoke.
