Looking for 1 or 2 room apartment available in Berlin from October

I am Kaushal Chapagain, a visiting researcher at the United Nations University Flores in Dresden, Germany. My wife Kirtika Paudel recently got a job in Berlin and we are looking for a new home starting in October preferably for a year or longer.
About us, we are Nepalese and very friendly people. We have a great sense of hygiene and cleanliness. We do not smoke at all and drink relatively little. We are also relatively quiet people so our neighbors can expect no disturbance from us(no party at all) and no pets. We are hoping to get apartment where registration (anmeldung) is possible. I would be very grateful to provide any additional information if required.
