My wife (25 yrs) and I (27 yrs) are looking for an apartment from February, 2023 and onwards.

We both moved to Berlin in May 2021. I am a Research Scientist and I am working in the research department of food quality control Laboratory in Berlin . My wife is an environmental engineer and she just finalized her contact with a sustainable fashion start up in Berlin (Staiy). She has decided to take a break as we are expecting our first child in April 2023. We both currently live in Berlin near Rosenthalerplatz and would like to move into a new neighborhood to start this new chapter of our life.

We both are easy going individuals, do not smoke and have no pets. We are looking for a nice and preferably furnished place. But no furnishing is not a deal breaker. We both have been living abroad for last 8 years now hence we know the general mannerism and know how to take care of a property. We can offer several form of documentation in order to help you arrive at a decision: IDs, proof of income, timely rental payments, work contract, SCHUFA (request now) , Mietschuldenfreiheitsbescheinigung, MietBurgschaft etc.
