Hello,
I am looking for a 1 bedroom in Kreuzberg-Frederichshain, starting on the 1st of February 2023 until the 1st of August 2023, which is the duration of my internship in Berlin. My parents would act as the guarantors of the lease and can provide the necessary documentation.
Ideally, I am looking for a fully furnished apartment under 1300 all charges included. If it is on a higher floor and/or has a balcony that would be perfect, but not necessary. Preferably not on the ground floor. As I need to register to the Anmeldung for my internship agreement, I can only consider apartments which offer registration as a possibility unfortunately.
