Rent my lovely apartment from 11 April until 20 April

Hallo,
ich vermiete meine Wohnung vom 11 April bis 20 April. Ist 60 euro Pro Nacht! Das Apartment befindet sich in Prenzlauer Berg, 1 Minute von der U-Bahn-Station U8 und 2 Minuten von der Straßenbahn M10 entfernt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut an die Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Nähe angebunden und befindet sich in einer Gegend mit multiethnischen Bars und Restaurants 5 minuten vom Muerpark und Alexanderplatz entfernt. Es liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, ist aber gleichzeitig von sehr schönen Galerien und Parks umgeben.

- No party allowed in the flat! ( I also can’t cause the neighborhood is very quite and its not allowed)
- No smoking inside the flat.
- No animals cause I’m have allergies.

- Keine Party in der Wohnung erlaubt! (Ich kann auch nicht, weil die Nachbarschaft sehr ruhig ist und es nicht erlaubt ist)
- Rauchen in der Wohnung verboten.
- Keine Tiere, weil ich Allergien habe.
