We are American teachers moving to Biberach (88400). I am a Physics/Maths teacher at the International School of Ulm. My wife is an English teacher at the Waldorfschule Biberach where our daughter will be in 5th grade. We will be in Germany for at least 2 years.
We are middle aged, responsible, quiet, nonsmoking, no pets. We currently live in Istanbul. We would like a 3-5 Zimmer , 60-100 square meter apartment or house. We can pay 400-700 Euros Kaltmiete. We would like:
1. Close enough to walk to daily services like food store, cafe, bank etc.
2. Near to parks/natural places.
3. Natural light in the apartment.
4. Quiet neighborhood
5. Friendly neighbors.
6. At least 2 bedrooms
We enjoy historic and modern architecture and we enjoy gardens.
