Ich werde ab dem 1.4. als Fachberaterin an einer Bochumer Stiftung arbeiten und suche diesbezüglich eine Wohnung. Ab 3 Zimmer, gerne Altbau, mit Balkon, im nördlichen Innenstadtbereich (Stadtparkviertel oder westlich davon). Die Warmmiete könnte bis c.a. 700€ betragen. Besichtigungstermine gerne am Wochenende, da ich berufstätig bin.
