Hi. My name is Ahmad Afshar, I'm 23 years old. I am going to enroll RUB this October and I need a place in Bochum for master of ENG. in computational Engineering .
I need an apartment , medium size , around 300 euro for monthly rent, a kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom. I wish it has balcony but it is not very necessary.
I prefer my apartment to be near the Ruhr University of Bochum, and also near subway or bus stations and shop centers.
I would like my apartment to be furnished and well equipped.
I am an adoptable , warm , quiet , organized and nice person. I love discipline.
I smoke, but not too much and I enjoy smoking on the balcony.
It is preferable to have wash machine and dryer.
I can speak German, but not fluently. But my English is fluent.
